PRESENTATION SYNOPSIS:
Theresa Collington will host a mini-work session during this presentation, sharing video examples of effective and ineffective executive communications. The presentation will also include a working session with practical examples that attendees can use to advocate for the value of tabletop drills and practicing a communications cascade in crisis scenarios within their organizations.
ABOUT THE PRESENTER:
Theresa Collington is a Senior Vice President at Tucker|Hall, known for her expertise in crisis and reputation management, the development of powerful communication strategies and crisis responses, and her C-suite-level coaching and advising. She leads Tucker|Hall’s Digital practice, specializing in aviation, transportation, health care, and reputation management.
Theresa has successfully served top-tier clients in Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, Washington, and Florida. She was recently certified in crisis leadership by the National Leadership Preparedness Institute at the T.H. Chan School of Public Health at Harvard University.
